These terms govern your purchase and use of services from Hub City SEO, a Hub City Media Group company. By buying from us or using this site, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@hubcityseo.com.
What you are buying
The AI Fix Report is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The optional review replies add-on is also a one-time purchase. Monthly monitoring is a separate plan that you can cancel any time. We tell you the delivery time for each product at checkout.
Your part
To do the work we need accurate information about your business. For ongoing plans we also need timely access to your Google Business Profile. If we cannot reach you or get access, delivery may be delayed.
Results
We improve the things local search and AI answers rely on, but we do not control Google, the AI tools, or your competitors, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, placements or revenue.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. If something is not right with your order, email us and we will make it right. Refund requests are handled case by case.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our services for anything unlawful. We may decline or end service if these terms are broken.
